The Reserve Residences will be developed by FE Landmark Pte Ltd, FEC Residences Trustee Pte Ltd & FEC Retail Trustee Pte Ltd, a joint venture between 2 highly established developers in Singapore, namely Far East Organization & Sino Group. FEO & Sino Group first joint venture was together with Perennial Holdings, in which they acquire the high rise mixed-use development Golden Mile Complex at Beach Road. Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the Jalan Anak Bukit GLS, the mixed use development with an integrated transport hub for $1.028 billion. There were 3 shortlisted tenderers with next top bidder Wing Tai Holdings at $1.011 billion. Meanwhile, Allgreen Properties and Kerry Properties came in with the least bid offer of $809 million.
