15 brand new condos, including The Reserve Residences are now available for rent within a 10 minute walk of East-West Line (EWL), MRT station

Are you looking for a new condo close to the MRT? This article will provide a list of projects that are located within a 10-minute walking distance of MRT stations on the East-West Line (EWL). The Reserve Residences is directly connected to Beauty World MRT on the Downtown Line.

Reserve Residences location also connected to the Beauty World MRT station, which allows residents to access the rest of Singapore with ease. In addition, it is also in close proximity to the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, the Rail Corridor, the Upper Pierce Reservoir and the Central Water Catchment.

To sort through the new launches, we used 99.co’s filter function. It was based on walking distance to the station and the MRT line.

1. Blossoms by the Park

TOP: 2026

Buonavista MRT station (five minutes walk)

Blossoms by The Park is located on the Slim Barracks Rise site (Parcel A), which was sold through government land sales (GLS), in October 2021. This works out to approximately S$1,245.7 per plot, with a land cost of S$320.1million.

URA has given the plot a commercial use on the first floor. Residents can expect to find retail and F&B outlets down there.

This condo is located within one north making it an ideal home for tech workers.

2. The Hill @ One North

TOP: 2026

Station Nearest East West Line (EWL), Buonavista MRT (six minutes walk)

The Hill @ One North is located less than 100m from Blossoms by The Park. It sits on Parcel B’s Slim Barracks Rise. At S$162.4million (or S$1,210.1 per square foot ppr), the site was also sold.

The condo will also have commercial amenities at the top floor.

This development has 142 units and is located slightly farther from Buona Vista MRT (but close to one–north MRT).

3. One Pearl Bank

TOP: 2023

Outram Park Metro MRT Station (six minutes walk)

One Pearl Bank is located on the site where the Pearl Bank Apartments were once situated. It’s nice that the design of One Pearl Bank pays tribute to the old condo.

This condo is not only nostalgic, but also suitable for nature-lovers, with Pearl’s Hill City Park located just two minutes away.

4. 8 Shenton Way

TOP: 2028

Nearest East-West Line (EWL) station: Tanjong Pagar MRT (three-minute walk)

8 Shenton Way redevelopment of former AXA Tower. It will also be the tallest building in Singapore when it is completed in 2028.

The mixed-use development, which measures 305m in height, will be connected directly to Tanjong Pagar MRT via underground walkway. It will not only house residential units, but also public and event spaces, retail shops and office units. This is a step up in the live-work-play model.

5. One Bernam

TOP: 2026

Nearest East-West Line (EWL) station: Tanjong Pagar MRT (seven-minute walk)

One Bernam was one of many new launches. It’s part a mixed use development with the first two floors being used for retail and dining. This condo is located in the heart Tanjong Pagar. It’s a great choice for people who work in the CBD.

You can also find many cuisines in the area, including Korean food at Tanjong Pagar or Chinese food at Chinatown.

6. Midtown Bay

TOP: 2025

Bugis Metro Rail Station (three minutes walk)

Midtown Bay, located along Beach Road is one of two condos that are part of the Guoco Midtown integrated developments in Bugis. It will be connected to Bugis MRT, which is one of its main features.

The units were designed to be adaptable to work-from-home, following the trend of living, work, and play.

7. Midtown Modern

TOP: 2024

Bugis Metro Rail Station (three minutes walk)

Midtown Modern will be the second condo in the Guoco Midtown integrated community. It will be connected directly to Bugis MRT.

One major difference to Midtown Bay is the greater variety of units it offers, including three- and four-bedders.

8. The M

TOP: 2024

Bugis Metro Rail Station (six minutes walk)

The M is located on Middle Road between Suntec City & Bugis Junction. It will take approximately eight minutes to walk from one development to the other, whether it is for retail therapy or work.

9. Zyanya

Aljunied Metro MRT station is the nearest East-West Line (EWL), five minutes walk

Zyanya occupying the site that was previously called Advance Apartment. It was sold in blocks in 2020 for S$26.5million.

The condo is located just off the main Geylang Road. It is walking distance from many famous restaurants and popular primary schools like Geylang Methodist Primary and Kong Hwa School.

10. Penrose

TOP: 2025

Station East-West Line (EWL), Aljunied MR (six minutes walk).

Another condo option is available for foodies. Penrose can be found within walking distance to Geylang, a paradise for foodies.

It’s also located near several schools such as Canossa Catholic Primary and Geylang Methodist (Primary & Secondary), which are within a radius of.

11. Deluxe Residences


Nearest East-West Line (EWL) station: Kembangan MRT (five-minute walk)

Deluxe Residences can be found off Changi Road. Here you will find many cuisines, including Thai and Indian Muslim food.

You can also find many primary schools nearby, making it ideal for families with young children. You can find them all within a radius of 1 to 2 km.

12. M Suites

TOP: 2024

Nearest East-West Line (EWL) station: Kembangan MRT (nine-minute walk)

M suites, a low-rise building with 16 units, is available. It is located in the middle of a landed housing estate and offers residents a feeling of exclusivity.

The nearest schools to the condo are Maha Bodhi School and St Stephen’s School. Telok Kurau Primary, Manjusri Secondary, and Telok Kurau Primary are also close. They are all within 20 minutes by bus.

13. Sky Eden@Bedok

TOP: 2027

Station East-West Line (EWL), Bedok Metro Rail (seven minutes walk).

Sky Eden@Bedok offers a 3-bedroom showflat in a premium location.

Sky Eden@Bedok was a big success during its launch, when 75% of its units were sold in the first day. It’s the first condo built in this area since the redevelopment of Bedok Point in more than 10 years.

It will also be a mixed-use project, with 12 commercial units located on the ground floor.

14. Sceneca Residence

TOP: 2026

Nearest East-West Line (EWL) station: Tanah Merah MRT (three-minute walk)

Another east launch condo is Sceneca Residence. It has direct access to MRT and Tanah Merah MRT right outside.

It is also one of the most convenient condos for Changi Business Park, Changi Airport, and cabin crews that are based in Singapore. The condo is just one or two stops from the airport.

15. Pasir Ris 8

TOP: 2026

Pasir Ris Metro Rail Station (two minutes walk)

Pasir Ris was the headline for several price increases during its launch weekend.

The condo’s location is at the eastern edge Singapore. However, it’s close to Pasir Ris MRT station and bus interchange. Another new launch will also be part a mixed-use community. It will be located alongside a polyclinic, which is a departure from a traditional integrated development.
